  • For company bank numbers that require a triple-part invoice, the invoice will be sent to your registered mailbox by email .
  • It is recommended to confirm within 2~3 hours after completing the payment.
  • If you are a customer who chooses Black Cat cash on delivery, the invoice will be issued within 10 days after the arrival of the goods.

Order confirmationConfirmation

  • After completing the order, please go to "My Account / Order Inquiry" to confirm whether an order number has been generated for this order. If you just click "Add to Cart" or "Add to Wish List" for the product, it will not be considered as completing the order for the product. , the system will not retain product inventory or discounted prices.
  • If you do not receive your order confirmation, there are several possible reasons:
  • Your e-mail box is wrong or the email box is full and cannot be successfully delivered.
  • The free mailbox provided by the portal website you are using may be blocked by the server, resulting in letters being unable to be successfully sent to your mailbox ( for example: PCHome , Hotmail , Yahoo , etc. ) .
  • Your order was not successful. Please go to "My Account" to check your transaction records. If the order record can be found, it means that the order has been completed.

Products that choose cash on delivery will be delivered to your home by Black Cat Delivery. Please pay directly to the delivery person in cash when the goods arrive.

  • Line Pay (limited to: Taiwan delivery)

Order CancellationCancellation

  • After the order content is confirmed, you cannot change the order content (such as: add / cancel products, change products , etc.), nor can you change the payment method. If your order needs to be added, canceled or changed, please call us Inform the customer service staff that changes need to be made. If the system order status displays: [Fulfilled], it means that the order has entered the shipping process and no cancellation or changes can be made.
  • If you cancel your order 3 working days before the original arrival date ( excluding original arrival date, holidays, and national holidays ) , a handling fee of RMB 30 will be charged , which is a third-party cash flow handling fee.
  • If the order is canceled within 3 days before the original arrival date ( excluding the arrival date ) , 100% of the order amount will be charged because the product has already entered the delivery stage, and no refund will be provided.
  • After confirming the return order, the default amount will be deducted and the refund will be completed within 15 days by credit card or remittance. ( Please contact the card-issuing bank for the actual refund date )
